Cooling
Big Buildings Run on Chilled Water
When a chiller goes down, it does not inconvenience a room. It shuts down an enterprise.
Hospitals, data centers, office towers, manufacturing lines — the Valley's most demanding buildings do not cool themselves with window units. They run on chilled water plants, and those plants demand a caliber of service that ordinary HVAC outfits cannot supply.
We can. Our technicians install, maintain, and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers across the Phoenix metro, from compact scroll machines to large-tonnage centrifugal plants. We understand what rides on that equipment, and we service it accordingly: precisely, promptly, and around the clock.

01
All major chiller types
Scroll, screw, and centrifugal; air-cooled and water-cooled; every major manufacturer.
02
Plant-wide expertise
Towers, pumps, VFDs, water treatment, and controls — the whole loop, not just the box.
03
Efficiency tracking
Logged performance data that catches drift before it becomes a five-figure utility surprise.
04
24/7 emergency priority
Chiller-down calls dispatched around the clock, every day of the year.

Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled, Installed and Kept Honest
Air-cooled chillers reject heat straight to the desert sky and earn their keep on simplicity. Water-cooled plants pair with cooling towers for the efficiency that big tonnage demands. We design, install, and retrofit both — including the pumps, towers, piping, and controls that make a plant more than a collection of parts.
Phoenix asks more of a chiller than nearly any market in America. Condenser approach temperatures climb, scale forms fast in hard water, and a plant that is merely 'running' can quietly waste six figures a year in energy. Our maintenance programs track approach temperatures, log oil and refrigerant analysis, manage water treatment, and keep your plant at design efficiency instead of drifting away from it.

When Minutes Matter
A down chiller in a data center or hospital is not a comfort problem; it is an operational emergency with a stopwatch on it. Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, and chiller calls move to the front of the queue.
We diagnose fast because we arrive prepared — with plant histories on file for our maintenance clients, factory-level diagnostic tools, and relationships with every major manufacturer's parts network. Temporary cooling can be arranged for extended repairs, so the business behind the plant keeps breathing.
Straight Answers
Questions We Hear on This One
Do you service both air-cooled and water-cooled chillers?
Yes — installation, repair, retrofit, and maintenance for both, along with the cooling towers, pumps, and controls that support them.
How often should a commercial chiller be maintained?
Quarterly inspections at minimum, with annual comprehensive service including oil analysis, refrigerant checks, and tube cleaning as needed. Critical facilities often justify monthly attention. Phoenix water and heat make disciplined schedules non-negotiable.
Can you retrofit an aging chiller plant without full replacement?
Frequently, yes. VFD additions, control upgrades, and tower refurbishment can recover much of a plant's lost efficiency at a fraction of replacement cost. We will give you an honest read on which path pays.
What industries do you serve?
Office towers, hospitals and medical campuses, data centers, schools and universities, hospitality, and manufacturing across the Phoenix metro.
