Plans & Emergency
It's 2 A.M. and 91 Degrees Inside. Call Anyway.
Emergencies don't keep business hours. Neither do we.
The server room alarm at midnight. The restaurant hood dead an hour before Friday service. The office at 88 degrees on a Monday in July, with the whole staff arriving at eight. These are not appointments; they are emergencies, and they are decided by one question: who answers the phone?
We do. Twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year, a call to (480) 863-5855 reaches a human who can dispatch a technician — not a voicemail promising a callback when it is convenient. Stocked trucks, metro-wide coverage, and a habit of finishing the job on the first visit.

What Counts as an Emergency? If It's Costing You, It Counts.
Total cooling loss in summer, obviously. But also: the walk-in creeping upward with the weekend's inventory inside, the kitchen ventilation failure that shuts the line by law, the flooding condensate drain over a sales floor, the heat pump blowing cold on the year's coldest morning. If a mechanical failure is costing you money, product, or customers by the hour, it qualifies.
When you call, our dispatcher gathers the symptoms so the responding technician arrives already thinking — with the right parts on the truck and a working theory before the ladder comes off the rack.

Fast, and Then Honest
Emergency work is where contractors are tempted to gouge, because who negotiates at 2 a.m.? We quote emergency work upfront like all our work, fix what is broken, and follow up in daylight with a plain assessment: why it failed, whether it will fail again, and what — if anything — is worth doing about it.
Half our maintenance clients began as emergency calls. They stayed because of what happened after the crisis: no upsell theater, just a well-run company that treated a bad night as a chance to earn the next decade of quiet ones.
Straight Answers
Questions We Hear on This One
Do you really answer at night and on holidays?
Yes. The line is staffed around the clock, every day of the year, and technicians rotate on-call across the metro so response times hold even at 3 a.m. on the Fourth of July.
How fast can a technician arrive?
It varies with location and demand, but same-day is the standard we run, and true down-hard emergencies are triaged to the front. Maintenance-plan clients receive priority dispatch.
What should we do while we wait?
Shut down equipment that is making unusual noise, tripping breakers, or leaking; leave it off. Clear access to rooftop hatches or mechanical rooms if you can. Our dispatcher will walk you through anything situation-specific on the call.
Is emergency service more expensive?
After-hours response carries emergency rates, quoted upfront before we dispatch — no surprises on the invoice. Maintenance-plan members receive preferred emergency pricing.
