Plans & Emergency
The Quiet Contract That Saves the Loud Money
Every building has a maintenance plan. Some are written down. The rest are called emergencies.
There are two ways to pay for HVAC. The first is a modest, scheduled amount, invested in inspections and small corrections, that keeps equipment efficient and failures rare. The second is the other way — the July way, with overtime rates, rush-freighted compressors, and a business closed while everyone learns how much a preventable failure costs.
Our maintenance agreements are the first way, formalized: a custom schedule for every piece of comfort equipment you own, executed by the same technicians, logged in a history you can read, and backed by priority emergency response for the rare day something breaks anyway.

01
Custom to your equipment
Every unit inventoried, every visit scheduled to its duty cycle and age.
02
Priority emergency dispatch
Plan members go to the front of the line when the Valley melts down.
03
Preferred pricing
Reduced repair rates and diagnostic fees, in writing.
04
Portfolio-ready
Multi-site coverage under one agreement with consolidated reporting.

What the Agreement Covers
Each plan is built from your actual equipment list — every RTU, split, chiller, boiler, hood fan, and exhaust unit inventoried, with a visit cadence assigned by duty and age. Visits follow documented checklists; readings and photos land in your equipment log; and anything trending badly gets flagged with a straight recommendation while it is still a small number.
Plans scale cleanly from one building to a portfolio: one agreement, one point of contact, consolidated reporting across every roof you manage in the Valley.

The Membership Advantages
Plan clients jump the queue. When a summer failure hits, maintenance members get priority dispatch — often the difference between an afternoon inconvenience and a lost weekend. Preferred repair pricing and waived or reduced diagnostic fees come standard.
But the deepest advantage is the log. After a year, you know your equipment the way a good pilot knows the aircraft: what is strong, what is aging, and when replacement will be a planned line item instead of a bad surprise. Budgets love it. So do the people who write them.

Questions We Hear on This One
What does a maintenance plan cost?
It scales with equipment count and visit frequency — a small office with two RTUs is priced very differently from a restaurant with hoods, makeup air, and refrigeration. We quote from a free on-site equipment survey, and the number holds.
How is this different from just calling when something breaks?
Reactive service means every problem matures to full price before you meet it. Planned service catches the same problems at a tenth of the cost, keeps efficiency up in the meantime, and adds priority status for true emergencies. The math is not close.
Do plans include filters and belts?
Plans can be structured either way — materials included for a fixed annual number, or billed at preferred rates as consumed. Most clients choose inclusive pricing for budget certainty.
Can we cancel if we're not satisfied?
Our agreements do not trap anyone. If we are not earning the renewal, you should not renew — that standard has kept our client list growing for years.
