Air & Ventilation
Your AC Is Only as Good as the Roads It Travels
The finest equipment on the roof cannot save a building from bad duct.
Here is a quiet scandal of commercial buildings: a shocking share of conditioned air never reaches the people who paid to condition it. It leaks into ceiling plenums, dead-ends in crushed flex, and whistles through joints that were sealed with optimism. The rooftop unit gets the blame; the ductwork earns it.
We design, fabricate, and install commercial duct systems that deliver — properly sized trunks, sealed joints, balanced branches, and clean transitions. Whether it is a new build, a tenant improvement, or surgery on a system that never worked right, we make the air go where the money intended.

01
Custom fabrication
Rectangular, spiral, and oval duct built to the job's exact geometry.
02
Sealed and supported
Mastic-sealed joints and proper hanging that hold tight for decades.
03
Test & balance
Measured airflow at every register, documented room by room.
04
Retrofit surgery
Correcting undersized, leaky, or improvised duct without gutting the building.

Fabricated to Fit, Sealed to Last
Duct that fits is duct that performs. We fabricate rectangular, spiral, and oval duct to the job — not to whatever the supply house had — with mastic-sealed joints and support that keeps the system tight through years of thermal cycling.
Exposed spiral duct has also become an aesthetic in offices, restaurants, and retail, and we build it accordingly: clean lines, consistent spacing, and finishes that look intentional, because in your space they are part of the architecture.

Balancing: The Cure for the Hot Corner Office
Every building has its legends — the conference room where meetings freeze, the corner office that bakes at 3 p.m. These are not mysteries. They are balancing problems, and they are fixable with dampers, measurement, and patience.
We test and balance systems to deliver design airflow at every register, and we document the result room by room. The legends end; the complaints stop; the thermostat wars find peace at last.
Straight Answers
Questions We Hear on This One
How do we know if our ductwork is the problem?
Classic symptoms: rooms that never match the thermostat, weak airflow at far registers, whistling, dust streaks at diffusers, and equipment that runs constantly without satisfying the space. A duct assessment with airflow measurements settles the question with numbers.
Can you modify ductwork for an office reconfiguration?
Yes — tenant improvements are core work for us. We redesign distribution for new walls and uses, extend or reroute duct, and rebalance so the new layout is as comfortable as the plans promised.
Is duct sealing worth it in an existing building?
Commercial duct leakage commonly runs 10 to 25 percent of system airflow. Sealing accessible duct is one of the highest-return efficiency projects available — cheaper than new equipment and often just as noticeable on the bill.
Do you do exposed architectural ductwork?
We do, and we treat it as finish work: consistent lines, clean supports, and coordination with lighting and sprinklers so the ceiling looks composed rather than merely uncovered.
