Uptime Is a Temperature

Every server in the Valley lives or dies within a few degrees. We guard that margin around the clock.

Phoenix has quietly become one of America's great data center markets — cheap land, stable ground, and a power grid that behaves. The desert asks only one thing in return: move an extraordinary amount of heat, continuously, without a single unplanned interruption. In a facility where minutes of thermal excursion can cascade into equipment loss and breached service agreements, cooling is not a building amenity. It is the product.

We serve critical facilities across the metro with the discipline that stakes of that size demand: precision cooling installed and maintained to manufacturer protocol, redundancy designed to be tested rather than assumed, and an emergency line where a thermal event outranks every other call in the queue.

01

CRAC / CRAH expertise

Precision units installed, repaired, and maintained to manufacturer protocol.

02

Containment engineering

Hot- and cold-aisle containment that recovers capacity you already paid for.

03

Validated redundancy

N+1 designs tested under load, with documentation that survives an audit.

04

First-priority response

Thermal events in critical facilities outrank every other call, 24/7/365.

Precision Cooling, in Every Form It Takes

We install and service the full vocabulary of critical-environment cooling: CRAC and CRAH units, in-row and rack-level cooling, chilled water plants with their pumps and towers, glycol and refrigerant loops, and the economizers that turn Arizona's winter nights into free cooling. Hot-aisle and cold-aisle containment is designed and built to stop the recirculation that quietly erodes capacity in unmanaged rooms.

Humidity earns equal attention. Too dry invites static; too humid invites condensation — and Phoenix's monsoon season can swing a poorly controlled room between the two in a single afternoon. We hold the ASHRAE envelope with instrumented control, not optimism.

Redundancy You Can Audit, Response You Can Time

N+1 on paper is a promise; N+1 proven under load is a design. We build and validate redundant configurations, test failover the way it will actually be needed, and maintain each unit on a rotation that keeps the spare genuinely ready rather than theoretically present. Every visit closes with documentation your compliance reviews can cite.

When something does fail, the clock is measured in minutes. Critical-facility clients hold first position in our 24/7 dispatch queue, our technicians arrive knowing the plant from its service history, and temporary cooling can be mobilized for extended repairs. The distance between a logged event and a lost rack is our jurisdiction.

Questions We Hear on This One

Do you service CRAC and CRAH units?

Yes — installation, repair, and scheduled maintenance for the major precision-cooling manufacturers, including compressor, humidifier, and controls work, along with the chilled water plants behind CRAH systems.

Can you add cooling capacity to an existing server room?

Usually, and often without major construction. Containment, airflow correction, and in-row supplemental cooling frequently recover or add meaningful capacity before a larger plant upgrade is required. We start with a heat-load assessment and give you the options in ascending order of cost.

How do you handle emergencies in critical facilities?

Critical-environment clients receive first-priority 24/7 dispatch, technicians briefed on the facility's equipment history, and temporary cooling mobilization for extended repairs. Response expectations are put in writing in the service agreement.

Do you support smaller server rooms, not just full data centers?

Absolutely. Comm closets, edge sites, and single-room deployments face the same physics with less redundancy — which arguably makes disciplined cooling more important, not less. The same protocols apply, scaled to the room.
