How long does a commercial AC installation take?
A single rooftop unit replacement is typically set, connected, and commissioned in one day. Multi-unit projects and VRF systems run from several days to a few weeks depending on scope. We provide a written schedule before work begins, and we keep it.
Can you replace our unit without shutting the business down?
In almost every case, yes. We schedule crane sets for early mornings or weekends, stage equipment in advance, and sequence multi-unit projects so part of the building always has cooling.
Should we repair the old unit or replace it?
Our rule of thumb is honest arithmetic: if the repair costs more than a third of replacement and the unit is past ten years old, replacement usually wins on total cost. We show you both numbers and let you decide — no pressure, no theater.
Do you handle permits and code compliance?
