Why does our heat blow cold air?
Common causes range from failed ignitors and dirty flame sensors to stuck gas valves or, on heat pumps, a reversing valve fault. All are quickly diagnosable — and all are cheaper to fix than to ignore while the building shivers.
Is a burning smell normal when the heat first comes on?
A brief dusty smell at first startup of the season is common. A persistent burning, electrical, or gas odor is not — shut the system down and call us immediately.
Do you repair boilers?
Yes — burners, controls, pumps, and hydronic distribution, for both condensing and conventional commercial boilers.
