We maintain guest-room fleets on schedule — chassis pulled, coils and blowers cleaned, drains verified, controls tested — with per-room reporting, replace failed units on plan rather than at complaint, and specify replacement chassis for properties with obsolete sleeves.
Public Spaces, Kitchens, Pools and Laundry
Lobbies, ballrooms, meeting rooms and restaurants run on rooftops or central plant air handlers sized for event occupancy and scheduled to the function calendar. Kitchens need hood exhaust and make-up air balanced for a Phoenix summer. Pool heaters — Raypak, Lochinvar, Laars — run in winter and shoulder seasons; indoor pools need dehumidification from Desert Aire and similar systems. Laundries run boilers year-round. We service all of it as part of the property's program.
Central Plants and Automation
