Sanyo sold ECO-i VRF systems and ductless equipment in the Phoenix market through the 2000s and into the early 2010s, until Panasonic's acquisition of Sanyo folded the HVAC line into Panasonic's own. The systems installed in that era — in offices, schools, churches and multi-tenant buildings across the Valley — are now ten to twenty years old, and their owners search for service under the name on the outdoor unit.
